*PPG will make every effort to deliver as close to the specified time as possible. Prepare for a 1 - 4 hour window of time to meet our staff at the booth.
Equipment cannot be delivered to an empty booth. If PPG is unable to effectively deliver on the requested date and time because client is unavailable or booth is not ready, customer will incur additional labor costs for a second delivery billable at $ 150hr. with 1-hour minimum charge.
FREIGHT & DRAYAGE
If any Freight or Drayage or Materials Handling charges are incurred, by the venue or other parties, these will be billed in full to the Customer, who assumes all responsibilities for payment.
Orders cancelled 14 days before install date will incur a minimum restocking charge of 50%. Any equipment cancelled on or after delivery date will be billed in full.
